The Children Support Center of Elefsis started the implementation of the “Open your eyes and see the rainbow we all comprise together ” Programme. Its aims are to diminish xenophobia, juvenile delinquency and school violence, and to promote the prevention of racist behavior and in crease youth awareness against discrimination. Ten theatre shows of the play “Blastrad”, in cooperation with the “Kochili” Theatrical Organisation, will be played in the context of the Program in Secondary Education schools of Elefsis and the greater Thriasio area, and a series of educational activities will be held focusing on antiracist values and social solidarity, addressed to the children participating in the Sunday activities of the Children Support Center. The implementation of this 1 year-long Programme is supported by the Open Society Foundations. The Sympraxis Team undertook coordination of the project’s design, submission of the proposal and management support.
