Sympraxis designed and facilitated a strategic sustainability session, combining structured ESG benchmarking presentation, for Henkel Consumer Brands. aiming to shape the next steps of the company’s CSR and social contribution strategy through insight-driven collaboration and co-creation. The session opened with a targeted ESG benchmarking analysis, reviewing selected Henkel brands and their competitive landscape, highlighting social contribution as a strategic area for meaningful and credible brand differentiation. Building on these insights, Sympraxis presented “Dress for Success” as the company’s proposed next CSR initiative. This was followed by a participatory co-creation workshop, where representatives from different brands worked in groups on key aspects related to implementation, brand involvement, and activation.
