Events and Sponsorship Manager

Georgia is an economist with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing projects in the fields of entrepreneurship, social economy, education, and circular economy. Her work focuses on creating initiatives that empower people and promote equal access to opportunities — especially in areas related to youth entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and the support of vulnerable groups.

She has successfully led and managed several major projects, including the GRBossible Festival for Young Entrepreneurs and the Don’t Drop – Circular Economy Festival. Early in her career, she worked in the field of education, collaborating with both public and private institutions. She later served as Project Manager for the initiative “Entrepreneurship Pathways”, supporting young people in starting and growing their own businesses.

Georgia specializes in stakeholder collaboration and project design related to employability, adult education and training (Learning & Development), and workforce upskilling. She is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems by TÜV Hellas.

Since September 2025, she has been part of the Sympraxis team, serving as Event & Sponsorship Manager, a role that reflects her passion for creativity, collaboration, and social impact.

Alongside her professional work, Georgia has studied theatre and dance, and for over eight years she taught traditional Greek dances, sharing her love for cultural heritage and the power of human connection through movement and expression.
