Since May 2015, she is an executive of the Finance Department, responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Among her main duties are: budget monitoring (revenue\/expenditure), payments of expenses and salaries, invoice management, preparation of financial analysis and reports, reconciliation of accounts (bank accounts, customers, vendors, debtors, taxes), deposits and cash flow, monthly account analysis, monthly preparation of financial statements for internal and external purposes, control and submission of contracts, communication with customers for financial issues, and the representation of the company in public institutions. She is also responsible for the preparation of financial statements on behalf of Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), such as ANIMA and the Children Support Center of Elefsis. In addition, she has substantial knowledge in ERP systems.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining the \u201cSympraxis Team\u201d, Iliana has worked for several years in the advertising industry. She has worked as Finance Manager in the accounting department of the advertising agency \u201cattp\u201d, where she was responsible for the invoice management, cash flow, organisation of financial documents and budget monitoring. Apart from \u201cattp\u201d., Iliana has also worked for the advertising agency \u201cUnexpected\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her involvement with the economic sector, her love for literature and books had led her to work for many years in the bookstores \u201cEleftheroudakis\u201d and \u201cFNAC\u201d.
