The aim of the project is to provide specialized advice and technical support, so that Albania\u2019s legal and technical framework is fully aligned with the EU Target Model and the relevant European regulations (CACM, FCA, EB GL, SO GL, ER NC). This adaptation will ensure the country\u2019s readiness to equally participate in the European energy market. Sympraxis has undertaken a key pillar of this initiative, the Stakeholder Engagement process. As European rules require open dialogue and transparency for the market to accept the new regulations, Sympraxis has designed and is implementing the entire stakeholder communication strategy. More specifically, it mapped, identified and prioritized all stakeholders, determining the appropriate communication channels and the action timeline.
