Sympraxis Team has undertaken the design and implementation of an internal communication campaign addressed to OTE Group of Companies’ employees, concerning voluntary blood donation. The campaign was designed to highlight the value of blood donation and the fact that it literally saves human lives, while helping people overcome the hesitation or fear they may feel about donating blood. The campaign’s goal was to maximise employee participation. For its implementation, posters, banners and electronic material were used. The campaign resulted in an increase of more than 20% over the previous period, surpassing 2,000 blood units per year.
