Opportunities Coordinator, Fundraising Consultant
Angeliki graduated from the Athens University of Economics Business and is the newest member of Sympraxis Team. She abandoned the field of numbers to devote herself in the design and implementation of social and environmental projects in Greece and beyond. Her passion to create a sustainable society led her first professional steps to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the Private Sector Fund Raising Unit, where she participated in the development and coordination of Digital and Media Campaigns for humanitarian aid to the refugees in Syria, while she participated in the management of the private donations.
In 2012, she began her collaboration with Sympraxis Team as a trainee and soon became a permanent corporate member. She specialises in fundraising, planning, coordination and communication of projects with social and environmental purposes. Her experience includes all phases of the life cycle of a project, from the conception of the idea and the fundraising, to the implementation of publicity actions and the final reporting. Until today, she has contributed in finding more than 1,000,000 € for projects in this context.
Her partnerships include public bodies, NGOs and private businesses such as MDM, SOS Children’s Villages, the National Observatory of Athens, the Municipality of Spata – Artemida, the Municipality of Piraeus, the OTE Group, the CC3E, etc. In this direction she has a long-term cooperation with the Children Support Center of Elefsis and the Hellenic Association of Consulting Firms since 2013 and 2014, respectively. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the Bodossaki Foundation and the Open Society Foundations are some of the donors of the projects she has supported.
The continuous research for new opportunities, not only for the organisations that she supports but also for Sympraxis Team, render her a specialist in the fields of business development, information search, and concept development.
